Stay Glassy

See how I did that there? Stay classy, stay glassy....anywho...

My MIL shared this with me today. She said she and her friends were mad because they probably wouldn't live long enough to see all of these great innovations.

On the other hand, I may be alive, but probably won't be able to afford them. Here's hoping my local mall, government (ha!) and employer will be able to cough up the cash.

Either way, pretty neat stuff. If you don't have time to watch the whole piece, at least skip to the end to see the wall-sized 3-D home system. I would probably sell an organ to buy that (no, not really, mom). But, I wouldn't put it past Mike. Could you imagine ESPN on that thing????

  1. I can't believe no one commented on this. That is Absolutely AMAZING!!! If all of that could be made using recycled glass, how much more Amazing would that be!!!

  2. that is awesome! I especially love the countertop!!

  3. Wow that is the craziest thing ever!! I would so buy that!!!

Baby Shower Inspiration Board: Sweet Little Things

It's been a while since I posted an inspiration board, so when I saw that Angie Harmon's friends threw her a candy-inspired baby shower this weekend, I thought it would be fun to come up with some ideas of what it may have looked like! Yummy!

New Addition to the Family...

Meet the newest member of our extended family, Sporky. Sporky arrived Christmas day and was the one and ONLY thing my 12-year-old nephew wanted for Christmas. I've never held a hedgehog before now and it's not a pleasant experience when they point their spikes out at you, but Sporky started to overcome his shyness as the holidays passed and he's starting to get used to all of the attention. He really is a cutie.

Star Wars Gift Bag Tags

Two years ago, for Walker's Star Wars birthday, I created Yoda tags to attach to the gift bags for the party. Little did I know these bag tags would become so popular on Pinterest!

To date, these tags have been repinned almost 500 times!!!

So I thought since there's so much interest, I'd add them to my Etsy shop. So now, for just $8.00 - you can receive the file electronically and print them for yourself! I jazzed them up a bit with some sliver glitter puff paint on the light saber and some silver ribbon to attach to the dollar store bags. Print as many or as few as you want!

So, if you are planning a Star Wars party, check them out! And may the force be with you!
