Pancake Puff Thingy

Ok, I bought that pancake puff thing that has been advertising here on tv for the past year at (where else) Target last week. I decided to give it a whirl Sunday morning before church. Let's just say it was a huge success - he cleaned his plate (see below) and asked for more!

I can't wait to try some of the other cool things you can do with it (see ideas here). I also picked up an extra one to give as a Christmas gift - I thought it would be something fun that someone would probably use, but most likely doesn't already have! My little man can't wait to use the "cream filler" to shoot something fun inside a puff.

  3. That is so funny to see this--my 5 year old loves that infomercial and when we saw it in Target she almost flipped when I said no. Glad to hear it works, I might pick up next time I am in there.

Baby Shower Inspiration Board: Sweet Little Things

It's been a while since I posted an inspiration board, so when I saw that Angie Harmon's friends threw her a candy-inspired baby shower this weekend, I thought it would be fun to come up with some ideas of what it may have looked like! Yummy!

New Addition to the Family...

Meet the newest member of our extended family, Sporky. Sporky arrived Christmas day and was the one and ONLY thing my 12-year-old nephew wanted for Christmas. I've never held a hedgehog before now and it's not a pleasant experience when they point their spikes out at you, but Sporky started to overcome his shyness as the holidays passed and he's starting to get used to all of the attention. He really is a cutie.

Star Wars Gift Bag Tags

Two years ago, for Walker's Star Wars birthday, I created Yoda tags to attach to the gift bags for the party. Little did I know these bag tags would become so popular on Pinterest!

To date, these tags have been repinned almost 500 times!!!

So I thought since there's so much interest, I'd add them to my Etsy shop. So now, for just $8.00 - you can receive the file electronically and print them for yourself! I jazzed them up a bit with some sliver glitter puff paint on the light saber and some silver ribbon to attach to the dollar store bags. Print as many or as few as you want!

So, if you are planning a Star Wars party, check them out! And may the force be with you!
