Mini Boden at Nordstrom

I went to get a haircut last Saturday night and couldn't walk past Nordstrom without going in to look at the little boy clothes. My son (like his father) is very particular about what he wears, so I'm always looking for something he would like. He mostly sticks with jeans, polos, t-shirts, khakis - but mostly in solid color only and he doesn't like heavy or thick material. Occasionally I will buy him a SpiderMan or a StarWars shirt only when he begs (because I really don't like character clothing - including pajamas). I actually broke down last week and bought him some SpongeBob PJs because he wanted them so bad.

I stopped dead in my tracks when I noticed the oh-so-famliar hoodies from the Mini Boden catalog that stalks my mailbox almost every week. I'm not kidding you - I started texting my friends, posted it on Facebook and tweeted about. I got so excited, I asked the ladies at the counter for more details. They said Nordstrom has started carrying Mini Boden for both boys and girls and that they would be getting more shipments in over the next couple of weeks. And...here's the good part...if it goes well, they may add women's clothing!!!

Oh my poor pocketbook (as we call it in the south)...

Oh, and for you out there that have teens, have you seen the new Johnnie B teenware line? Cute stuff! I hope my guy dresses like this when he's older!
