My friend Cristina sent me an e-mail about some great new jewelry she's selling that is right up my alley! I think it's fun, eclectic, original and affordable! If you haven't yet heard of Jewel Kade, you will soon! The collection consists of handcrafted charms, bracelets and necklaces with a vintage, urban and romantic feel. I love the two charms with the witches feet! Halloween is my FAVORITE holiday and I love witches and have always been interested in them ;)

ReplyDeleteMy favorite are the Halloween ones with the 31st and pumpkin too because it was Rob's FAVORITE holiday - and God took him home on that day....he would dress up every year - and have a Halloween parade and party at work - I remember him attending a Board Meeting dressed as the Cowboy from the "Men at Work" guys! Wonderful jewlery - I'll be shopping for Christmas soon :)

ReplyDeleteCristina went out of her way to help me pick out some really nice Jewel Kade ensambles for my sister's high school graduation gift. I practically gave her no wiggle room as I was getting on a plane two days later. Needless to say she came through in a pinch, and these turned out to be a big hit. Really cool and trendy stuff.

I really, really love the word stick charm that says "Just breathe". Now remember, you asked us to tell you why ;) I hope I don't make you sorry you asked.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter was a cancer patient. One of her coping techniques was bottle breathing. You "breathe in the light, and blow out the darkness".
When she was 11, we found out she wouldn't make it. I remember her comforting me at the end, telling me "don't worry mommy, it'll be okay. Just breathe in the light."
Oh God...some days all I can do is just breathe and that's okay. So I'd pick that charm to have Olivia Grace's message close to my heart.
