Fridays on the Front Porch

We went to our first Friday on the Front Porch at The Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill Friday night and had a blast. They have weekly Friday night events through the summer with a southern buffett and Bluegrass music. The little man and I went with my neighbor and her son and they had a blast. Evidently, someone likes Bluegrass...

    That's awesome! I've wanted to go for quite some time now and just haven't....let me know when you go again. I'd love to take Alexander (and yes-it would just be us..Phil wouldn't be caught dead listening to some good bluegrass :))

    Sounds like lots of fun. I love the pictures, they look similar to many in my photo albums minus the bluegrass fueling the fun however.

    I've stayed there once- I loved the warm cookies they give you at check in :)- sounds like you had a wonderful time!

Star Wars Gift Bag Tags

Two years ago, for Walker's Star Wars birthday, I created Yoda tags to attach to the gift bags for the party. Little did I know these bag tags would become so popular on Pinterest! To date, these tags have been repinned almost 500 times!!! So I thought since there's so much interest, I'd add them to my Etsy shop . Baby Shower Inspiration Boards

I got all excited about the baby shower inspiration board contest over at Sippycups Are for Chardonnay , but only ended up submitting this first one on time. I managed to pull the second together this weekend just for kicks and loved the colors, so thought I'd share here. The first board is call "Nesting Instincts" and the second is "Over the Rainbow".
