A Bit Squirrely

The little guy and I were feeding the birds Friday evening when the botton fell out and the rain drenched us. I forgot to pick up the bag of bird food from the deck, so we had some furry visitors Saturday morning. They weren't afraid of us, so the little guy sat in the sink and he and I both watched them from the kitchen window. There were five total and they were have a fun time in the sun. Sometimes it's the little things that can bring special moments to the day.

    Your squirrels look as big as the ones in our yard. What is going on with the chubby squirrel's in the south? My boys got a big giggle when they saw you had chubby squirrels too. Thanks for sharing your beautiful pictures and I love your blog.

Baby Shower Inspiration Boards

I got all excited about the baby shower inspiration board contest over at Sippycups Are for Chardonnay , but only ended up submitting this first one on time. I managed to pull the second together this weekend just for kicks and loved the colors, so thought I'd share here. The first board is call "Nesting Instincts" and the second is "Over the Rainbow".
