I woke up this morning and decided I was going to go for a run, thinking...
Baby steps, I don't want to shock my system.
It's a nice day outside.
The puppy needs some exercise.
I just synced my iPOD.
I had mexican for lunch yesterday.
I bought some Depends (see this post for explanation).
Then I rolled over and went back to sleep. At least I thought about it.Baby steps, I don't want to shock my system.
Sounds as if you've tapped into the power of positive thinking. You know: Think it, be it. And remember that most of us don't get enough sleep, so you're just making healthy choices! And I loved your Monday post with the precious photos. Thanks so much for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI like the baby steps! I wish I could have gone back to sleep this morning.
ReplyDeleteLove it! I thought about going to the gym all last week...I even brought my clothes with me to work and had them in the car all week! I never went....but I'm sure that counts for something :)

ReplyDeleteHey it was a start...thinking and forming a plan takes awhile. Don't just into it to hastily you may pull something. Don't they say "slow and easy wins the race"? You are on the right track there :)
ReplyDeleteWeird...this same thing happens to me all the time! haha!
ReplyDeleteDidn't you watch the segment on the Today SHow & someone said this months Glamour has a big article about getting at least 7.5 hours of sleep will cause weight loss! Sounds good to me!
