A Good Sign and Monster Trucks

Can you remember the last time you saw a real rainbow? I couldn't, until yesterday. At about 4:00, the sales rep in the office across from me started squealing and wanted everyone to come in her office and see this huge, full, double rainbow outside her window. It was so beautiful - I don't think I've ever seen a rainbow so big. It's a great way to start a new year!

Happy Friday everyone! This weekend, we are taking the little guy to the Monster Jam exhibition (Santa brought him tickets). Expect fabulous pics of Gravedigger Monday morning...I know you cannot wait.

    I will willingly admit i've attended a few monstor trucks in my day... only to find myself screaming for my "truck" to win...

    J2 was just telling us yesterday that every fraternity at Tech has a date night to the Monster truck thing and that she's been asked a bunch of times but doesn't want to go....so she accepted a babysitting job subbing for a sorority sister who has a date.

    DOTR took the boys a couple times when they were little and they LOVED it!

Star Wars Gift Bag Tags

Two years ago, for Walker's Star Wars birthday, I created Yoda tags to attach to the gift bags for the party. Little did I know these bag tags would become so popular on Pinterest! To date, these tags have been repinned almost 500 times!!! So I thought since there's so much interest, I'd add them to my Etsy shop . Baby Shower Inspiration Boards

I got all excited about the baby shower inspiration board contest over at Sippycups Are for Chardonnay , but only ended up submitting this first one on time. I managed to pull the second together this weekend just for kicks and loved the colors, so thought I'd share here. The first board is call "Nesting Instincts" and the second is "Over the Rainbow". I think I could get addicted to creating these things.
